Our Nickel Alloy 200 / 201 tube products can be offered in seamless, welded and cold drawn depending on the alloy you require. Our Alloy 200 / 201 Seamless and Welded tubes size range starts at 1/2” NB or OD size and goes up to 6” NB and OD.
We can offer Nickel Alloy 201 Tubing in random lengths of up to 6 meters long or cut to a specific length as ordered. With regards to the difference between UNS N0220 Tubes and UNS N02201 Pipes, Nickel 201 Tubing carries lower carbon content resulting in lower hardness. The lower carbon content in Nickel 201 also makes the material more resistant to graphitization and also helps in preventing embrittlement.
WNR 2.4066 Tubes is generally used for service up to 570 Deg F (300 Deg C) to 600 Deg F, whereas WNR 2.4068 Tubing is generally approved for service up to 1200 Deg F to 1230 Deg F. Our Seamless Alloy 200 / 201 Pipes are largely used for piping in the caustic soda, food processing and hydrochloric plants.
